Bike&Run Cologne

The combination of individual time trial with start from the  ramp and the following run is waiting for you at the Bike&Run Cologne. This event is the only one of its kind up to now and can be absolved as a team.

Bike&Run Short: 25km - 10km

Bike&Run Long: 40km - 15km

Bike&Run Team Sprint*: 40km team time trial - 10km running

*Team Sprint: A four headed team complete the bike and run course together (Bike part as team time trial). Not less than three participants of a team have to reach the target to get an assessment.
